We have a no smoking policy.
Off-road parking is available to the side of the house in our
private yard.
Within easy reach are the seaside attractions of Dawlish, historic
Powderham Castle, Dartmoor
and
the metropolitan diversions of Exeter.
Devotees of the Turf will be delighted to know that the Devon and
Exeter Racecourse
is just a couple of miles away.
